Membrane Canopy in Enghelab Club

Membrane Canopy in Enghelab Club with an approximate area of 392 sqm, a highpoint tensile roof was designed and executed by Diba Tensile Architecture in 2010. Our aim to use a highpoint structure was protecting against weather conditions, creating a pleasant and elegant space. As shown in the picture above, the building is built among the trees and there are holes on the roof which the trunks of the trees go through them.

The used fabric in this project is made of polyester (PES) with PVC coating, which is a good resistant against UV and environmental pollutions and it also can control daylight and provide a pleasant light.

High translucency and flexibility, as well as a low surface weight matched by excellent tensile strength are main characteristics of membrane structures. This allows you to cover large areas with minimum materials and create diverse shapes and curves.
