ETFE Roof Covering, Mahan Garden of Iran Mall

Mahan Garden (Persian Garden) is the heart of the project and is one of the most beautiful parts of the great Iran Mall. The Mahan Garden with dimensions of 176 × 51 meters has started from the first parking and continued to the second commercial floor.

The roof is covered with high-tech membrane material called ETFE. Iran Mall has been pioneering the use of new materials in Iran. ETFE material is used in Mahan Garden’s roof for the first time in Iran. Until now, in many major projects of the world, this cover has been used for large spans, and this time, selected to cover the 8500-sqm roof with a 50-meters span of the Mahan Garden Project. After designing Mahan Garden’s roof structure, the ST52-3N steel is used considering needed characteristics.
